As a supplier of rope pulleys, DALHEIMER GmbH has been a recognized and reliable partner for almost all major manufacturers of systems in the field of conveying and lifting technology for many years. Based on our experience, we offer our customers support in the design of pulleys and rope drives. We manufacture pulleys from 10 mm to 3000 mm in diameter in a wide variety of materials and designs. As standard, we can offer a wide range of pulleys.
For many standard sizes, raw materials and components are kept in stock. This allows for short delivery times - e.g. in the event of necessary repairs.
We are able to manufacture welded rope drums for hoists in sizes ranging from Ø 100 mm to Ø 2000 mm and, depending on the diameter and variant, with a length of up to 3700 mm. Applications for DALHEIMER rope drums include crane applications, storage technology, elevators and platform technology.
We manufacture hook blocks according to customer specifications or our own design up to a dead weight of 16 tons. We adapt the design, number of pulleys, hook shape, etc. to your individual specifications and requirements.
Our running and flanged wheels are precisely manufactured components for use in cranes, material handling systems and other machines. Our state-of-the-art milling and turning machines enable us to manufacture running and flanged wheels with exact geometries and tight tolerances. Careful machining ensures low-friction motion and high load-bearing capacity of the wheels. Our running and flanged wheels are designed for durability and offer reliable performance even under demanding operating conditions.

Welded constructions according to drawings or our own design are manufactured up to a unit weight of 16000 kg. Welding is carried out by hand or on welding robots and automatic welding machines
